Extra Life – Play for Pediatric Cancer Research

Posted By: R.James

Last year, the guys over at SarcasticGamer.com started a charity to raise money for pediatric cancer research at the Texas Children’s Hospital. Their efforts resulted in raising over $120,000. This year they’re aiming to raise even more money by playing their keesters off on October 17th and playing any and all video games for 24 hours straight. And you know what, we want to help.

GameCrashers is proud to join Sarcastic Gamer in it’s efforts to raise money for such an important cause. Our team is primed (and still growing) and is asking for all of you to donate a few bucks to help us hit our goal of $1000 dollars. Sure, we’d love to raise as much as possible, but if we can get $1000 by October 16th, 2009…we’ll make sure we play our keesters off as well. If you’d like to donate to the GameCrashers team, please check out our page over at the Texas Childern’s Hospital Website.
