GameCrashers Radio Ep.37 – ‘Move’ it, A**hole!

GDC is over and the ‘move’ has been tested. Well, not by us, but by those other ‘journalists’. What do we think of it? Well, you’ll have to listen to the show to find out. Also, we talk about a collection of games containing Roman Numerals, we argue about the importance of unlockables, Boris attempts to rationalize “casual racism”, and Jason, Brian, and I try to figure out why games are so damn hard to finish these days.

Ah, good times. I’ve gotten a chance to use the Move, so too bad I had to leave. It’s weird using a motion controller that you don’t need to point at anything. I think using cursor based games will be odd for that reason. I’m so used to the idea of point and click that move and click will take some getting used to. I’m also interested to see how many developers drop ship from Nintendo realizing that anything third party doesn’t really make a ton of money.
