Contest: What would your arbitrary collectible Audio Log say?

By Dave "Boris" Orosz | 10 August 2010 | Editorial | , , , | 4 Comments

We’ve all played games that have pick ups in the form of diary transcripts, audio logs, memoirs, PDA dictation and so on.  They seem to be irresponsibly strewn about certain games.  Some of them list the combination to the locks that the owners want no one to ever break into, which ultimately seems stupid on the part of the individual.  Some describe the daily routine of the person speaking, the worker’s transcript, activity log or whatever.

After the apocalypse and humanity is all but gone, if I were to pick up your audio log, what would it sound like?

Come up with the best log, either written, audio, video or otherwise and send it to crashcast@gamecrashers.net with the subject heading “Collectible Logs” to enter the GameCrashers Activity Log Contest.  The deadline will be Friday August 20th and we’ll announce the winner and the prize on the following podcast, as well as play and read the entries.

Be creative, be funny, be real, but either way, submit your logs.

[UPDATE] Here are the prizes you can win:

First Place:  Copy of Singularity (PC, PS3 or Xbox 360)
Runner Ups:  Battle Vs Chess T-Shirt

Happy Logging!
